100 Prayers

I Feel that God showed me this photograph before I took it, when I was on one of my morning walks.

While I was making the photograph I was reminded of a prayer that was made about 36 years earlier.

It was prayed by a Christian on a holiday infact it was a holiday when I became a Christian.

The memory is now a little vague.

As I recall it involved us as Christians having the desire to swim against the flow of Gods plan us. In which makes life so much harder and frustrating. If only we were just to turn around 180 degrees and go with Gods flow. It would not only make life much, much easier, but it would be far more fruitful.

Jeremiah 17:7-8 (NIV)

⁷ “But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord,
whose confidence is in him.
⁸ They will be like a tree planted by the water
that sends out its roots by the stream.
It does not fear when heat comes;
its leaves are always green.
It has no worries in a year of drought
and never fails to bear fruit.”
